1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or major sales events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders to most destinations worldwide.

3. Shipping Costs:
As stated, standard shipping is free. We may offer expedited shipping options (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx) at checkout for an additional fee if you need your jersey sooner. Expedited delivery typically takes 3-7 business days internationally.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Destinations:
We ship to most countries. However, due to trade restrictions or carrier limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain regions. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Saturday Gear Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority. We declare the full value of the merchandise on customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue the contents. Any delays or costs associated with customs are beyond our control.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package shows as "Delivered" by the carrier, Saturday Gear Shop cannot be held responsible. Please contact your local post office or building management first.
