RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Saturday Gear Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, officially-styled NCAA football fan jerseys. We stand behind our products, but if you are not completely satisfied, our straightforward return policy is designed for your peace of mind.
General Return Eligibility:

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, within 90 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund (minus original shipping costs), the item must be in resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exceptions and Final Sale Items:

Customized or Personalized Jerseys: All jerseys with any form of customization, including but not limited to added player names, numbers, or custom text, are considered FINAL SALE. These cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to their personalized nature.

Clearance or Special Promotion Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during certain promotional events may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, accessories like hats or socks may be final sale if the packaging is opened.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
International Returns:
As an international customer, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with returning the item. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to potentially avoid import fees on your end. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Exchanges:
For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and following the standard return process for the original item. This ensures you receive the correct size or style without delay.
